This jar of Vegan Kimchi is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. We’ve taken our traditional kimchi recipe and swapped the fish sauce for a powerful trio of sesame sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce for a umami punch.

It’s very important to store live kimchi in the fridge. This is the same for all our products.

A jar of live kimchi will last four weeks once opened. Just make sure to keep it in the fridge.

As Kimchi is a live, unpasteurised product, it’s normal for it to fizz and run over the top of the jar at times. Don’t worry: just give the jar a wipe and store it in the fridge to keep it fresh.
