We are Jamie Ferments. We make naturally fermented foods that are full of flavour. We love fiery kimchi, crunchy pickles and lacto-fermented veg.
Each jar is crafted in South London, using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients that are packed with gut-friendly probiotics.

Jamie Ferments is run by Jamie, a professional cook and cafe owner who lives in South-East London.
Every jar and bottle has been born from a fascination for natural fermentation: not only the complexity of flavours that occur during process, but the proven gut health benefits that come from eating fermenting foods.
